What is Fascia?

Think of fascia as a seamless, continuous web of tissue that wraps around every muscles, bone and organ in your body. It gives you shape and allows your muscles to glide smoothly past one another.

Your nervous system is constantly reading this web. When a part of the web becomes glued together from stress, habitual movement patterns or trauma, it send continuous warning signals to your brain, causing your nervous systems to lock those muscles down to protect them. Because fascia is one connected sheet, a restriction in one area can trigger a neurological protection response that pulls on a completely different part of your body. At Beyond Movement, we don’t just poke at a spot – we look at the whole web to find what is causing the pull.

Your Journey to Pain-Free Movement

The Lyno method

01. Functional Assessment.

02. Mechanical Release.

03. Restoring Fluidity

Find the root cause of functional patterns and restore efficient movement through full-body analysis.

Scar & Adhesion Therapy (S&AT)

Surgical scars, old injuries, and deep trauma create dense, rigid adhesions that bind to the underlying fascia web. This creates a continuous pull that can throw your entire alignment out of balance.Using specialized manual release techniques, we target these specific blocks to break down the bound tissue, restore smooth glide between layers, and remove the mechanical strain on the rest of your body.
